Cancelation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate cancellations and refunds fairly while protecting our ability to manage our properties effectively. By booking directly with us, you agree to the following cancellation and refund terms:

Standard Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Check-In:

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Cancellations Made Between 7-14 Days Before Check-In:

A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued.

Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In:

No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date.

Non-Refundable Bookings:

For certain discounted or promotional rates, the booking may be non-refundable. These terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Refund Processing:

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

No-Show Policy:

If the guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Early Departures:

No refunds will be issued for early departures once the stay has commenced.

Extenuating Circumstances:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies), please contact us directly to discuss potential accommodations or refunds. Supporting documentation may be required.

Booking Modifications:

Changes to your reservation, such as altering dates, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to request modifications.
